Tom Healy, III new Product Manager

Level 1 Loans, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Sextant Group, Inc., is pleased to announce that Tom Healy, III has joined the firm as Product Manager. Tom’s primary role will be overseeing both product communication and revenue growth for Level 1 Loan’s asset valuation solutions. Level 1 Loans provides valuations and valuation software for mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights. Level 1 Loans also performs other analyses on these assets such as loan loss provision calculations, prepay analyses, and stress tests.

LPI is Launched

Level 1 Loans, a division of The Sextant Group, today announced the launch of a new loan pricing index, Level 1 Loans Price Index (“LPI”), to provide valuation and price indications primarily focused on non-Agency and nonconforming loan products. LPI will aid lenders in determining fair market value, as defined by the recent FAS 157 accounting regulation, for loan portfolios held for sale or investment.
